1. What's your product price?
Because each gas price depends on the market supply and demand, quantity and purity, it is difficult to give a fixed price. If you are interested in any gas, please provide your detailed requirements so we can make an offer.
2. What's the min order?
Different products have different min orders. Please don't hesitate to let us know your requirements.
3. What's the delivery time?
If the cylinder is in stock and only needs filling with gas, the delivery is about 7-10 days ex-work after receiving the deposit. If the cylinder needs to be customized, the delivery is about 15-35 days ex-work after receiving the deposit, depending on the quantity.
4. How to check the gas quality?
Firstly, our cylinders undergo treatment (cleaning, drying, vacuum pumping, and replacement) before filling, ensuring the inside is clean and dry. Secondly, we test every treated cylinder to assure purity. Thirdly, we test all of the gas after filling. If the tested gas is not up to standard, we will reproduce it. Finally, we supply the gas test qualified report.
5. Can all the cylinders be recycled?
Usually, seamless steel cylinders can be recycled for up to 20 years of use. Disposable cylinders are only for one-time use.
6. Shall we send back the cylinders to refill gas again?
Yes, you can send back the cylinders to fill gas again. Please inform us before exporting, and we will handle the import customs clearance formalities.
